Empowering South Waikato: Highlights from Our Recent Business Workshops

At SWIFT, we are dedicated to fostering growth and capability in South Waikato’s business community, and the third quarter of this year was no exception! We were thrilled to support a variety of business workshops that brought valuable learning and development opportunities to local businesses and leaders.

1. ChatGPT Mastery Sessions – Putāruru and Tokoroa
We kicked off the quarter with two engaging sessions led by the Gurus of ChatGPT, held in both Putāruru and Tokoroa. These interactive workshops drew a combined total of 23 participants eager to unlock the power of AI-driven content creation, productivity, and customer engagement. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with participants walking away with fresh ideas on how to leverage AI tools in their everyday operations.

2. Everest’s Leadership Workshop Series
In a world that’s rapidly changing, strong leadership is more critical than ever. Our collaboration with the team from Everest brought a 4-part leadership workshop series to South Waikato, designed to build resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking. With 15 leaders from diverse industries, the series provided not only key leadership skills but also created a strong network of local professionals sharing insights and experiences. The hands-on approach and tailored content left participants ready to tackle today’s business challenges with confidence.

3. Daisy Digital’s Social Media Presence Workshop
In today’s digital landscape, having an authentic and effective social media presence is a must for businesses of all sizes. To support our local businesses in this area, we brought in the experts from Daisy Digital for a session focused on crafting an organic social media strategy. Participants gained valuable tips on growing their presence without relying solely on paid advertising. The workshop highlighted how to build genuine connections with audiences, leading to lasting engagement and brand trust.

These workshops are just one way we are helping to build a stronger, more connected business community in South Waikato. Stay tuned for more learning opportunities in the coming months and reach out if you'd like to participate in future events or have suggestions for workshops that could benefit your business.
